Please be advised to read the following terms and conditions. Once you place an order with us, you will be bound by the following terms.
Repair Notice
The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
Delivery
Each order placed on Mobilemedic.com.au comes with a Free Post Returns Service and Return Delivery by AUS Post. While placing the order, you can opt for either posting your device via a courier service of your choice or using our Next Day Free Returns Address service.
Shipping and Reimbursement
Since Mobilemedic.com.au provides its own free of cost shipping service, no additional shipping cost refundable.
Damaged Item:
If under any scenario, you were to receive a damaged item, we recommend that contacting us is the first thing you do. You can contact our customer service here cs@Mobilemedic.com.au. Make sure that you do not throw away any of the packaging as we will need you to send this back to us with the item, so we can work on your claim in a better way. The claim may take up to 28 days to process.
Mail-in your device
It is advised that you take your packaged device to the post office rather than the post box in order to avoid any delay in the service. For other details refer to the mailing guide we’ve sent you.
Non-Refundable Repairs:
Certain repair services offered by MobileMedic are non-refundable. These include liquid damage repairs and/or liquid damage related repairs and diagnostics.
Prices
The prices of the services provided by MobileMedic are subject to change without any prior notice to the customers. The prices stated in the promotional items can only be availed as long as the promotion is valid. All prices are inclusive of GST and delivery charges.
Payment
Mobilemedic.com.au accepts payments made by Credit cards and direct bank transfer. When returning the device, we will ship the item to the address that you’ve provided us via our website. All the payments must be made prior to the return of the device.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your repair, you must do this before you send the device. Once we have received the device and depending on the repairs that need to be carried out, we may not be able to cancel the order. However, if we can, an additional postage charge shall be deducted from your repair cost.

We reserve the right to make changes to this website and terms and conditions. We operate a no fix, no fee policy under which we do not charge any fee if we cannot fix your device. However, if we have diagnosed the issue, but you want to cancel the order for whatsoever reason, then we will charge you a diagnostic fee of AUD $10 and postage costs. The customer also pays for two-way postage if they decide to cancel the order after posting it to us.
Lifetime Warranty Conditions, Exclusions and Limitations
The following is a list of conditions, exclusions and limitations in regards to MobileMedic lifetime warranty policy.
If Your Device should malfunction, it must be returned to the MobileMedic store or service centre for evaluation, and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the customer. MobileMedic will diagnose the repair upon receipt, following an examination conducted by MobileMedic. If Your Device is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action by you, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than MobileMedic, use of any other product other than MobileMedic products, or unauthorised modification.

This warranty is VOID if Your Device shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of MobileMedic’s control.

The warranty is VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorised or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify any software that has been installed by MobileMedic.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorise d by MobileMedic, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.
