What payment methods are accepted?

Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. Simply  pay via secure online payment gateway on our website.

You can also settle payment via Direct deposit/Internet transfer, remember to contact us and provide transaction reference to complete payment process.

Is my credit card info secured?

We don’t save your credit card info on our servers. Also, all of the data going back and forth is encrypted through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a method of ensuring that information submitted through our Web site is secure and encrypted securely.

DO I HAVE TO CHECKOUT ONLINE TO MAIL IN MY PHONE FOR REPAIR?

Yes, we’re using auto tracking system to monitor the whole repair process from quoting to payment, auto update status and send out notification, repair with confidence!

If you would prefer to send in your iPhone without purchasing a service online, please contact us and we will provide you a reply-paid address, which allow you to send in your device for repair with free postage.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Prices vary by different models and services. Rest assured, our prices are always the cheapest on the web. If you find another service provider who is cheaper just let us know and we will be happy to match the price.

WHAT KIND OF PARTS DO YOU USE FOR REPAIR?​

The fact is,  ONLY Apple/ authorised repairer can offer you original genuine replacement parts.

However, our parts are source from a original equipment manufacturer (OEM) directly, quality is  the closest to an original. We’re confidence in our high-quality OEM parts, that’s why all OEM parts back by a Lifetime Warranty.

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY DEVICE?​

First step is to put in a repair order on our website, however you don’t need to pay for anything until your phone is fixed.  Our system then will email you a prepaid mailing label which you can slap on your box and mail to us.

Please ensure the device is packaged securely prior to shipping. We recommend wrapping your device with cushioning material such as Bubble Wrap when shipping your device.
